the gpz1100 engine mounts different to the earlier bikes it has one rear mount and two front. the other has two rear and one front so you will need to change mount i would use gpz crankcases to save pissing about

i put one in a 76 frame , i had to cut off the underside mounts of the frame (ones with pear shaped nuts) and make new front lower mounts, top rear and top front i remade in alloy although i could have used a mix match of the ones i had. also the rear spacers from the 11 needed turning down, the top rear bolt on the eleven is a larger dia. but a fairly easy swap. the 11 motors are shorter due to not having kick start casing. the kick start Z's wont go in a unitrac frame (dont ask how i know this).
