Know anyone that can create one off parts?

#1 PostAuthor: martinz1000r » Thu Apr 02, 2009 3:51 pm

I need a few spacers made up to mount things like rearsets and oil cooler bracket to my Lawson project. Has anyone got a lathe that can do these for me if I supply spec and drawings?

Obviously happy to part with beer vouchers........

What do you require?

I have a machine shop and I can get away with doing small bits and bobs.

Cheers

Hi Col, thanks for the reply.

I need 2 spacers to hold a rearset away from the frame. I also need some spacers to hold an oil cooler at the right angle to the frame. This should be a case of 2 spacers on an angle for the top fitting and then 2 longer sleeves for the bottom fixings. If you can give me an email address I will send you exact drawings with angles and dimensions.

Cheers!

Martin

Thanks for the praise Martin.

If anybody else requires parts machined let me know and I'll see if I can help you out.

Cheers
Col.
