'Take it easy' Marve, best advice i got before i did my first last year, thats a lot of bike you have there. The problems begin when you think you have got the hang of it!

yes take it easy as you only get a 2/3 sessions and a few people get carried away with themselves. loads of crashes on the last one!!

I reduced the chicken strips to virtually nothing and didn't come off happy days
