Well it's nearly that time of year so i thought i would give you a reminder about the boxing day gathering at the wiggin tree pub on parbold hill this boxing day at 9.30 am.Last year there were at least 100 bikes that turned up,nearly all classic jap and british.Hot drinks are available and luckily the last couple of years the weather has been very mild and there have been lots of interesting bikes to see including a few zeds and triples.

The meet actually started as a vmcc run organised by the north west section many years ago and the wiggin tree was the meeting point.The run still starts from there but every year the gathering has got bigger and bigger and initially filled all of the layby on parbold hill but now also fills all of the pub car park .There were at least 5 zeds last year so maybe somebody else on this board goes??The wiggin tree is 2 minutes from jct 27 m6,just follow the signs for southport.

Where are you from? i am always passing through Parbold on the way back to Southport with Loz or the other zed heads round here.
If you are local you could get out with us for the ride outs that us North West lads do.

I'll try and make it though we usually go to my mates in skipton on boximg day night for a beer or 2, suppose i could do both.Got a few jobs i want to do on the zed so i might leave it till after christmas (the jobs that is )
