Wellies!!! - more like waders or better still a boat or an inflatable dinghy!!

Although I agreed - hope the met office get it wrong again.

50mm rain for England :!:
Will I be an outcast if I arrive with bike on a trailer :?: Don't mind riding to Chinnor, but doing best part of 150 miles Sat morning to get there is gonna be a real shock to the system
Would also like to wind Becker up, as he sold me the trailer as a 'non-runner' project

so Mark - I guess you won't need the tent then as you'll be sleeping in your

CAR

Well i'll finally have to concede to defeat on this one despite working on my bike until gone two in the morning for the last three nights a broken top idler damper rubber and not enough spare shims has finally put paid to my chances of attending.
I am pretty pissed off as I was really looking forward to this weekend my wife even bought me a new tent and sleeping bag for the occasion how is that for support,so short of attending in my van which is a bit sad i'm out.
Best wishes to all attending hope weather is okay will keep fingers crossed.

ChrisU, still could do with the tent if not too much hassle mate
If its gonna be a pain in the butt, I can sleep in me Fourtrak, at least I'll be dry even if it pisses down ALL night
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

Hi ya Guys
Got to do a major apologetic grovel here............. I wimped out I'm afraid.
I know, I know, Skins water proof an all that.
I admit it, I'm a wuss.

I can only apologise for not turning up to the rally.

I must admit I've been looking forward to it for ages, but I looked out the window this morning at the rain tipping down and my bottle went. So sorry guys, I hope you all had a rally great time and I'll regret not coming for years.............. But There ya go.

Roughty, Tuffty Biker................................................... Not!!! :blush

Best Regards,
To all
Especially those who were brave enough to go................ :resp .

Lil Hagrid.

I didn't make it either, rain, rain and more rain. There was a warning on regional teletext, only to make any journey if it was absolutely necessary, due to the standing water/flooding.
Four pipes rule, anything else is second best.
