I will be camping and going on the Z1300
Hopefully if it is decent weather I will be going out for a ride out on the Saturday afternoon?

My tax runs out at the end of the month so I need to pay for that before October

I will be riding down if the shower forecast for 4 pm has passed. Usual finish at work is 6, but will try to get away earlier. Only about 20 mins away.

Is that a new type of Z? Or have you shortened it's name to just ZILLA.

What time do you want to get there, I'm day off so can go at anytime after 1pm.

A good meet up place would be at the McDonalds opposite Tesco's , so you would take the M180 until the M181 then at the end 3rd exit of the roundabout, you will see maccy D's on the right.

Just a thanks for Hobbo for getting tickets for the talk. Freddie had a few stories to tell, he had Niall Mackenzie up on the stage with him asking a few questions and debunking myths such as Freddie flew everywhere in Concord and if he had a lucky vest etc.
We were getting a bit worried when Phil had not arrived with the tickets and the talk was due to start, but staff spotted a Z1 owners club badge and let us in anyway.
Steve and Karen had an epic coming up from Lincs with rain and an unwanted road closure/diversion which deposited them at t junction on an industrial estate miles from where they wanted to be.
I woke up this morning with a raging hangover, could only manage 3 bites of breakfast and had to go back to bed for a couple of hours to sleep it off. Bloody lightweight . (Thanks for the cola Karen).
Felt like I had 3 hours sleep coz I ended up putting the tent up pissed after the pub and Mrs C had used it at a festival and had unclipped all the inner tent hooks making it difficult. Woke at 5am thinking it was later due to the site being very floodlit.
Nice to finally meet Steve, Karen and Gav and BGBs mate who came along.
The ride home was fairly nice in bright sunshine, hope everyone else got home OK. Thanks again Crofty

Apologies again for being late but as you said the management recognised z1oc and let you in as they new I had tickets . Freddie Spencer told some good tales of his career and a good night was had by all prob an end to a season apart from stafford so the planning now will be underway to resurrection of the YORKSHIRE RALLY 2015

Thanks again

Ted used to work at the Anchor site on the steelworks, he had to ride past the site to get to the meet point.
