The most fun you can have with your pants on. ?25 on the day and we laughed till we let out a little weee.
Turbo Barry V, Andy Z1R (normally aspirated) Nitrous Mark Z1R and hardly aspirated, senile Mike on my Z1000J1. Did i mention Mike on my J1? Did I, Did I? He's 69 years old and as crazy as a box of frogs.
Mike's antics kept us amused all day and he managed 21 runs yes 21 runs up the strip. He also managed 21 runs down the service road before someone (emergency services) told him at the end it was a 30mph speed limit.
Barry; 9 plus seconds, Andy; low 10's Mark; 9 plus seconds and Mike; 1 hour seven minutes!!!!
Oppologies for the fence and some sound interruptions it was a very very windy day and it was straight into it, but i thought it would be best to show what really happened since the YouTube video of North Weald is mostly closeups of flags and badges!!!
There is a full calendar for 2008 for take with and thrash (t**t) or RWYB events round the country. They need your support and some like Santa Pod are pocket change to enter.
Hope the links come out and below should be a close up of Barry's breath taking turbo J1 uni-cycle running the same crank bearings it had when it was new!!!!!!.
