Legal requirements for French Biking

As its says what do we need for France is it the same as we take to Holland and Germany?

Lights on dip beam when riding, Spare set of bulbs, Spare pair of glasses, if you wear glasses, working hazard lights.

thought you still had to have the breath test thingys but they cant prosicute you for not having them,. the reflective clothing thing has been abolished though. worth taking a reflective bib just in case you break down
