Triples club are going and staying once again in the Donington Manor hotel on SATURDAY night.
the show itself has been poor the last few years but its chance to socialise
Spoke to RB last night and he will still be in the USA so no stand from him which from my point of view was the one that had the most interest

I went as well.
So that's nearly 50% of the crowd was made of Z1.O.C. members by the sound of things.
What a great idea it was to have that big door at the end open for a while on such a balmy February day.

This was a rather disappointing show.... Hardly any club stands, maybe 30 bikes tops on display, 25% of the hall empty.
For a fiver it was okay, got a few small tool items and a brew.
After just 1½ hours, all 4 of us were ready to leave!
Spoke to one of the organizers and this was the last time the show will take place.
This is not a poke at the organizers (who do a fantastic job anyway) but if you can't get clubs and traders to accept the offer to support the event then what chance do you have?

I went a couple of years back when the club had a stand there .
Wasn't the best show and not much of a turnout either .
In all fairness though it was January and cold and snowing .
January/February just isn't the time to hold a bike show .

I thought it used to be not a bad show, we had a stand there for a few years. Then when that whole Donington remake/rebrand fiasco happened it was moved, and was a flop pretty much at the new venue. Since Donington let them back it seems never to have recovered the momentum.

I concur with that view Chris
the Club had one or two good years there but it seemed it was on the downward slide when it returned to Donington
