Z1 OWNERS CLUB RALLY BADGES

#1 PostAuthor: alfacity » Fri Feb 24, 2017 2:04 pm

I've still got my 1983 Z1OC rally badge together with all my other rallies i've attended between 1979 till 2017 and onwards hopefully.
Do any of the Z1 rallies today still do a badge? and if not would anyone be interested?
I'm sure its something that could be organised easily if there was enough interest.

We had a metal badge for the 25th anniversary rally at Blackpool- there might have been a cloth badge too but I didn't get one... :??

I think small metal badges would be a nice way to remember a rally. Were the ones produced for the BIG rally especially expensive?

Well they took a bit of designing but aside from that there's the quantity issue. Minimum would be 50 and at that number they'd be £2.50 each plus vat cloth badges might be cheaper but again depends on the and a set-up charge.minimum quantity

£2.50 each sounds about right, I know a guy that orders badges for the Pilgrims, Dalesman, Rallymans rallies and the quality is excellent, they use 2 to 3 colours and a diameter of just over 3.5cm all round.
My Z1OC club is 2 colour black background, gold letters 3x2.5cm.
So could be done, most rallies cast between £7 and £15 including metal badge.
