I've been asked if the the club wants an official stand so that might be a possibility (awaiting a reply on that )

Yes do let us know if the Z1OC would like a stand at our show so we can add it to our plans.
We now have to complete a risk assessment sheet for all traders and exhibitors so we will need to know as soon as possible.
Just let either myself or Jim Bean know of your decision.

Also, here is the new 'updated' flyer.
We have had no choice but to ask for the small fee of just £2 entry fee this year, the first time ever we have made a charge.
It all goes to Cancer anyway so I'm sure you'll not mind.
