Really?, Wasn't very publicised. I never heard about it. Where was it?

Is there a way to set up an automated email shot to local members when these things occur.?

No wonder I couldnt find it. Someone is geographically chaiienged. Kent is not in east anglia.
So was there a meet actually in kent? Or was that a typo?

It cant be beyond IT geeks to harvest locations from the pum list and if a meet is arranged an email/pm could be sent to everyone in the and surrounding counties as a heads up. Our bikes might be twentieth century but the club can be twenty first century.

As had been said many times. Club events and other major events are posted in meeting. Can’t help it if hobbo is geographically challenged.

Ride outs are organised locally typically via WhatsApp. If you’re interested ask to join a group or create one. Simples.

Not up to the club to spoon feed everyone. Take some initiative

The BBH WhatsApp group had 40+ members but typically no more than 5-7 actually turn up regularly. Can’t say they weren’t told though…..

and we do. the Z1 ownersClub rally in east anglia (Essex)was visited by people from yorkshire, lancashire, leicestershire, wales as well as counties more local.

Covid times have hit Club organised rallies but ad-hoc regional meet ups still happen.

Sadly Stafford won't happen this year but will next.

There are 2 rallies in Germany next year which many of us will be going to (Warstein and Edersee). Feel free to add your name .

Hobbo, it was me that said about being geographically challenged due to your previous post quoted above.
As far as Im aware neither Kent or Essex for that matter are in east anglia the area the meet was posted as being in. Hence my confusion and question to your post.
