UPDATE.

The form for the club stand has been filled in and returned so it looks like we're on. hopefully Mortons will now start communicating more in terms of the specifics.

If you've offered a bike for the stand can you please confirm or advise if not available so we can do some planning/look for alternatives.

We've told Mortons 10-12 bikes.

Thanks Guyz

I have just finished my Zed special if you’re interested, and I’m also happy to help out with the stand if I’m required. I will be taking it to the tramway museum this weekend for a bit of a run.

I have very recently aquired z900 ltd which assuming I can get temporary insurance cover for and sort out the cross threaded plug I may come up on. either way Im due to meet some of the crew at the Bicester McDonalds on Saturday at 12:00 either in little zed (650) or medium zed (900) Gig zed is still slumbering in the workshop (1000)

current list is on the first post on page 1. I'm updating it as we go but i guess some bikes might no longer be available.

so any still available and on the list please confirm. I'm happy not to bring my H if other bikes are offered.

hope this makes sense.

Hi

It’s not 100% as Morton’s haven’t formally confirmed but they asked us to submit, we have and we’ve been in contact since then so I’d say almost certain if that makes sense.

I’m planning on it being 100%

I know my 900A4 only looks standardish from 10 paces but is a good example of something modified " in period" . Braced frame, Cibie conversion, Davida box section swingarm, chromed clocks, Buzzard loom etc
And it's an example of the longevity of the basic design at 104,000+ miles
Could this fit with the overall effect you want to give?
