Hi Gang
This week Jerry is posting out a flyer to you all re this years Bucks Rally.

This year we would like to collect your ?5 rally fee in advance, on receipt of monies we will then post out a rally pass which will cover the whole weekend, of course the main day is Saturday which we know that some of you just come for, shame your missing out. remember camping is free, or you can sleep in your tranny van (some do) or there are local b&bs. the Peacock pub has applied for a late licence til 3am for the sat.

In the past one problem Steve has had is that of not knowing numbers until people turn up! This has caused problems as the Peacock needs to contract in the right amount of staff, beer and food for the event! so it was thought by having fees in advance would greatly help in this matter. It was also thought that the fee should be raised to ?8 for those not booking and just turning up!

On a personal note as I am arranging things this year, I will have to shell out for quite a few things which your rally fee covers such as trophies, prizes, tea and coffee and machine hire so money upfront would be very welcome. All surplus monies of course go back into club funds (in case you wondered).

The run out this year will take in the Chinnor bike show which is a fantastic stop off, all proceeds go to the Chiltern Air Ambulance who I know saved the life of one of our Wycombe Mag members. Here is a copy of their poster.
