Hi scotty
I'm pleased with those pictures! They're great! Very handy device to compress the piston rings, I use the same, no more broken fingernails!
Great collection, keep the pictures coming!

so this is #1006 as i got it, a guy came to my shop with it in his truck as he knows i buy old bikes, got an ugly kawy he said, are you interested, i said sure as i looked at it, then noticed the vin as he said $500, i was silent as i was taking in the serial numbers which he mistook for me hesitating on the price so he dropped it to $450 ha ha without me even saying anything... couldnt get the cash out quick enough, now its been flowing steadily as i restore it to how it left the factory, everything original is being restored, next is NOS parts from around the globe, lots of parts still avail from KHI, especially rubber parts, all the parts on it were correct as it left the factory, date codes ( 2 I ) where there should be and none where there shouldnt be (swingarm) seems it had no updates on it except the ribless carbs but i have 3 sets of those, i have even restored the wiring harness, NOS chain, spokes, handlebars, brake shoes and forktubes, to name a few
