Z1R Restoration Completed

About 2 years ago I decided to "clean" my recently acquired Z1R.....I ended up with a bare frame and boxes of bits.
Gradually I've been restoring the shed and today I finished when I recovered the seat. The bike has had a complete nut and bolt restoration from what was a very complete bike. It now looks like it did when it left the showroom except for Hagon shocks, HEL brake lines , Reg/rectifier and new tyres. It has the original, re-chromed exhaust and all the other bits normally missing in a shed .....kick start, helmet lock, ammeter wiring and the incredible front brake !
I have to say I'm very pleased with how it's turned out and thanks to all the tips and advice from fellow members, especially Mark Kelleher of MK Classics. Here's a few pics of the finished article....
