First ride of the year on my Z1000a1.
An Italian import in a non-standard colour that I rather like, so I don't plan to put it back to original paint.
When I was taking the pic some bloke in a landcruiser pulled up and started exitedly showing me pics of his z650. Hopefully its inspired him to get his bike back on the road this year.
My main road bike is a Yamaha fazer 1000, which does everything better. You don't feel like you're riding something special though. I do like big air cooled kawas.

It's always a pleasure to talk with complete strangers about a classic bike.
These bikes have something... nostalgia, the memory of good times long ago.

Thanks. Hopefully I'll get my gpz1100 b2 on the road shortly too. Stuck waiting for parts at the moment...
