Ltd Rebuild Complete

#1 PostAuthor: RiMo900 » Sat Jul 24, 2021 10:00 am

Hello Zeddists,
Like a number of us, Lockdown 'provided an opportunity' to complete a project.
My Missus bought me this '78 Ltd B2 in 2011 for our 25th anniversary and after fettling a bit (it was going to be a 'rolling resto') I took it to bits ('sound familiar?).
I've finished assembly and my cousin and I got it running properly, after fitting a new ignition, last weekend.
Lots of clever people did the clever stuff and I just bolted their work together, hopefully, in the right order.

As I type, it's having am MOT and going over by a proper mechanic to QA my hamfistedness.
Take care all.

Rick

Very nice too, great to see another classic saved, be it a 125 or a 1300, everyone has a place in our lives. Well done

Good work Kev!

I just love how we can make our bikes 'our own' whilst retaining that crucial Zedness.

Enjoy it mate.

I can't take credit for the paint, it came to me like that but had a whole raft of other issues which I have addressed.
