New addition to the stable arrived. Mint renovated z650 only 8000 miles, amazing history, I think nearly every previous Mot.

What are your plans for it-are you returning it to original paint?

Very nice. I have grown to really like these.
Someday I might make a serious go at getting mine going.

Hi.
My mate had one when they were new, rode it a bit myself. Nice balance of performance and handling. Had a Delkavic fitted on my GPz [ if that's what it is? ] and found it very " civil " and a bit restrictive. Being s/s is an advantage though.

Cracking bike's you have there and what a find with such low mileage and some history as well :up I've a soft spot for C2 model's as i had one as my first big jap bike in 1981 after Triton's and Bonneville's
Just finished a rebuild on one as a rider not a show piece

Yes a new Delkevic, sounds good, but not nearly as loud as the Piper on my z500! Think silver was the original colour for C2s, but I like this orangey red and is top quality paintwork, maybe similar to what some B1s and 2s came with Candy Red or Sunburnt.. came with original seat and luggage rack. Might keep seat for nostalgia as prefer the guiliari but have no use for the rack. I might get some better shocks and do away with the crash bars but thats about all. I do have a set of z900 Raask rearsets, might try those and see but thats about it - dont eant to ruin it!

Yes, from Saltire. Think was one of the (past?) Directors or something
