Painfully aware that this would have taken Philippe about six weeks, my 1000R finally emerges from the garage after having come apart sometime around 2009!!!

Is the Kerker a highbrid? Looks Delkevic in the front, looks class, me want.

Well spotted - luckily the Delkevic header fits straight onto the Kerker megaphone, my Kerker header is pretty scabby so a cheapish solution
