Just thought it would make a change from half cooked burgers and sausages. Are you well enough to go / ride Martin????

You've always lived....

Fit enough to ride. No pain now unless I over do it.

Pre Cadwell thrash around Snetterton yesterday on the Lawson proved that it is still my favourite bike. Grinding the alternator cover proves that I need to work on my hanging off skills. Looking forward to Cadwell and Al''s bolagnaise

As if missing running the P&M around Cadwell wasn't bad enough, I'm now going to miss Al's legendary Bolognese as well :(

Yes Mark that is a shame but there will be others i guarantee.
Cant really take the credit because this is a 'southern softies' production. Was going to be a finger buffet with vol-Au-vents and cheese straws but after complaints from the hard as nails 'northern lot' we are going with MEAT. Pluto Dave will be cooking it (dont tell him) and Rob W is supplying salad and bread.
See you for the next one.

Phil, I will taking my Lawson and Endurance bike. I was thinking of getting one of the chamfered covers, I would like to keep the starter clutch though.

I think I know why I fell off at Donington now.

Croz replica is all back together and had an oil change etc ready for Cadwell shakedown in a couple weeks. I took it for a road test and when I got back my left boot and leg were covered in oil. It would appear the oil seal on the crank behind the alternator is blowing oil and covering everything down the left side of the bike with a thin mist of oil including that side of the tyre. No wonder I came off. Cold, damp and oil. Recipe for disaster. Good job i spotted now before I go do it all again. Should be quick and easy fix.

I hope all got home safely? It was a pleasure to meet all those I hadn't previously met, and also to see those of whom I had. And to all who provided dinner, top marks and many thanks!

Doug & I had a cracking weekend, and I'm so glad I was sober enough to zip out on the parade laps as it reminded me just how much I love that place, it's been a while...

So, next year do please badger me to do more than just the parade laps!
