BHS Berks, Hants,Surrey meet 13th Aug

Dear All,
After a successful first attempt to get members residing around Berks, Hants and Surrey at Newlands Corner this month we have decided to try and organise another meeting.
This is scheduled to take place on the second Sunday in August, 13th August.
As yet the venue has not been decided however the following three locations have been muted Box Hill Rykes Cafe, Loomies Cafe or the Ace Cafe London.
Therefore I have attached a survey in which people can vote on each venue to get a idea of which is preferred.
Once the venue is decided we will post and update of times of meet and location.

Unfortunately away so I will not be able to make it but why not organise one meeting at each venue throughout the year. Just a suggestion.

Due to a couple of other events that have been brought to my attention I have updated the survey and also allowed people to change their vote as did not notice this function before.

I usually try to go to Popham. Could be a bonus to see some folks after the rummaging is done and there is parking for us four wheelers too.

From the survey it seems that Popham Auto jumble is the preferred option.
Therefore the suggested itinerary is as follows.
Meet at BP service opposite Popham Airfield at 10.00 with a view of leaving to the event at 10:15.
I will probably take a run down to Loomies Cafe in the afternoon.
Please note that entry on the door is £6.00 but you can gain free entry for bikes over 30 years old by returning a form with a SAE to Mike Pearson, Airfield Manager, Popham Airfield, Coxford Down, Winchester, SO21 3BD
