As the 650 is up and running now ive started on the 900 Limited i,it won't be one for the purists as its gonna
be a poor mans Z1 in colours to match my z900rs , i know some people will be yawning now but fancied doing
one different to normal for my self ,couple pictures hopefully to follow , i think it was the scruffiest engine

The frame is back from powdercoaters now and a Gentleman on here set me up with some
alloys for it to get rid of 16" back wheel so let the fun begin

frames back now in satin black like the Z650 my latest favourite i guess the engine is on its
way back together and started to clean check wiring harness etc which appears in really good
order, my h2a has just had a rear end refresh swing arm bushs etc
time to do some riding now summers here though glass back permitting

Thanks Mr , had a hour on frame today putting front end and a couple of bits on ,soon be a roller so i can put it onto
proper bench and in corner out of way when any of others need owt doing on there like the z650c which needs its first
oil and filter change since rebuild

Hi Bill, the resto coming on great - a credit to you! One question: what did you use to clean up the crankcases, barrels etc? Have you lacquered yem after or left as is?

Hello Pizzaman, a friend of mine has done it for me due to back surgery ,i just leave mine untreated
afterwards easy enough to keep clean if you start with it that way ,i glass bead blasted my Z1a but
the z650 i did was Philippes way brushwheels in drill and patience

Fetched the bodywork back from painter today lovely job as usual Mr Dewes

The engine is now ready to be reinstated when my son visits to pop it in there for me
