German gpz1100
I have a few Gpz1100 frames and a heap of parts, i only wanted 1 bike but iv got the makings of at least 3 Uni track and one B2...fukin covid overspend. Anyway i bought a big van load of parts and bits in mid covid from a long standing member of the US sister forum who is from Germany. In all of that was a fairly cool looking striped down bike that made me grab the lot as the whole lot was going for what the bike could have gone for.
Finlay getting around to making at least that bike a reality. There is a notable lack of unitrack around and those are the bike i cut my young teeth on.

Got the frame shot in epoxy primer, sticks like glue to the sand blasted finish.

Re: German gpz1100
The rear end is something special though. It has a WP shock and early GMF performance swingarm. In fact i was told by the seller that they were the ones that modified the rear wheel too, either way someone went to a bit of expense and time to make the rear end as beefy as it is. Not in love with with the bracing though..kind of look spindly and out of plac and adds nothing but weight to an all ready heavy machine. It probably will be going But that wheel is a thing of beauty.

Re: German gpz1100
The chrome on the swingarm is in fierce bad condition, going to be a job to move all that.

This was a nice surprise! Been off the forum due to life lately and only took a quick peek to see what is happening. I love my A2, heavy but solid. and agree not nearly enough around. I'll be watching in eager anticipation!
