Before
This is an '80 MkII with a "78 tank and body and an Ltd front fender. The engine is the real star here. It is un molested and runs well. The bike had been painted with gloss black spray paint. This included the silver engine and polished covers. I never had the MkII body parts in my possession.
If I had gotten my hands on a my original bike I would have restored it.
But since it's mismatched I updated the suspension.

forks and pipes
Hey guys. Those are '94 zx9 forks.
I have no idea what exhaust this is. I have the placard off the can but can't read it. I took the bolt on section out and modified it so that the can points away from the wider ZRX1200 swingarm. So it looks different in the pictures.

I catch moto gp once in a while. I love it. Shinya Nakano. Has McCoy ever been on a Kawasaki?

I have got to get cable!!
I really miss MotoGP. NASCAR is the big deal and has been for some time. A large number of people watch those rolling billboards turning left, so that stuff gets all of the attention. So now there is just a privateer team? Melandri is nothing to scoff at placing 2nd at the French GP
That is a ZRX1200 arm.
