Firstly I made a return throttle cable, but the routing is so convoluted having two cables won't let the throttle 'snap' back. So that'll be scrapped & a single cable throttle assembly will be fitted once it arrives from Pit Bike Spares. (I do like their prices........ Not like buying Kawasaki parts!)
Second waste of time was my 'Safety lanyard'. Simple enough to fit, just spliced it into the main feed to the key. The thought of being thrown from the machine & then seeing it fook off up the high street did not appeal. However..... The switch I have only has closed contacts once the lanyard has been pulled.
I have an alternative Durite version on it's way.
