Brian, I have looked all over, but I cant find it. I could swear I have very recently read a thread about your exhaust being a 'bit low' (maybe it's the stella?) What you have had made is gorgeous, but when you say 'shortened do you mean the end can, or is it the down pipes shortened so it fits closer to the sump. Either way, Ive got one of them on me wish list, maybe just downpipes & collector with a stubby can. Will try n' post some pics of my own set up asap.

Brian,

It's amazing how long these things can take, even when organised it always seems to take longer than expected. Although looking at your R1 I guess you've been here before! What I mean is, You Cant Rush Quality

Now I know that nobody like's a smart arse, but thought I'd show a piece of my 'essential' garage kit.

:grr :grr :grr :grr
Not that it's helping me much with my Zed at the moment, as I am still waiting for my front end parts.

Looking forward to next progress report, when it warms up a bit :cold [/img]

Hi Brian,

Headlight brackets came from 'Just Bandits' cost around £100 from memory, they will make them in any diameter you like. I will post some better pics if you want.

Brian, don't do that, i think it looks better as twin-shock. Anyhow, Pigford would want your Ohlins for nowt
Four pipes rule, anything else is second best.

For what it's worth Brian, I think it looks good as a twin shock.
But from my own experience there is no point carrying on the twinshock route if you are gonna look at it when it's done & wish you'd monoshocked it.
If it's monoshock you want, then do it...... Yeah it's a load more work to do, but when it's all done & you look back, you'll be glad you did exactly what you wanted & didn't compromise.
Oh, by the way, I came accross these today
http://www.oberon-performance.co.uk/aca ... ights.html
& thought they might be right up your street.

Cheers, GB

agree whith you phil  just got bike outside on drive an removed one rear shock to see what it would look like!!! It looked good but I thought it lost that classic muscle bike look. So twin shocks are staying.
