I have just got back from picking up BunnyZ new project bike, as you can see it is a bit of a junker, that started within ten to fifteen kicks. I will let him tell you how much he got hit for this :shock:

cant believe it myself, but it was ?800. excellent cond mostly original and running , all it needs is a good clean service and tune up, brakes are sticking but nothing siezed.
a great big thanks to UK KEV for getting it back for me, owe you a big big drink cheers mate.
want to get out there and start on it , but have to go out now and working late shift all week, :cry:

What a great buy, you lucky sod.
Looks like the sticking front brake has been solved- just remove the caliper, inspired thinking- now where have I heard about that one before?
Best of luck to you, what are your plans, original resto or modded?

as well as thanking uk kev for his help i think i should thank my postman for delivering my post nice and early, apparently he has had loads of calls , I just got in first.,,, will keep it original as it is in such good cond
and take time cleaning it up.
need an original seat if anyone has one for sale or wants to swap for the king/queen on it

above is more or less the finished article of my bargain buy.
easy project compared to most, just needed brakes master cylinder and r/h control switch assy sorting.
and then a good clean and polish which is my favourite bit.
all I am going to do now is upgrade to twin discs and put on dyna ignition which is all in hand .
then enjoy it
(ps thats not a scratch on the points cover, its a bit of polish that got past me somehow)

Lovely cleaning job. You don't do bathrooms do ya?

Just one thing - check the connections on the rear of the ignition barrel - they can be problematic on the Thous :cl
