Okey dokey,
I'm happy to report some progress.
Forks extended & fitted with the help of all these bits & bobs.
Scored some Genuine ZRX discs for £150. These are 310mm dia which is perfect for the calipers, no spacer needed for the 320mm discs which have now been fitted to me ZZR. Not sure about the Gold carrier Wheel is temporary.
Calipers turned out well.

Also managed to make a trip up the M4 at the weekend to see young Mr Buzzard & collect my head.
Finding myself home alone yesterday, I first gapped all the rings then took advantage of my 'freedom' and heated my barrels in the oven, along with some old style, old stock PJ1. Once painted they were back in the oven for some quick drying.
Tonight I fashioned a couple of piston installation tools, as per Joe Hoopers instructions.
Along with the drain pipe ring compressors, they worked a treat.

Ollie,
Project has ended up, back on the 'back burner' for now.....
I have a new work van to 'fettle', plenty of customers to take money from, Just had an amazing weekend at Glastonbury & will be off to Silverstone tomorrow for the F1...... Not enough hours in the day , not that I'm complaining.
Hopefully the project will be 'back on track' in a month or so.
