Nice looking project. Your cases turned out great. Keep the pictures coming. It's fun to watch the progress, knowing how much work it takes to get it back to mint condition.

Hi all

The engine cases were vapour blasted by RD Cox & Son, The Workshop,306 Whitley Wood lane, Reading, Berks, RG2 8QD. Tel 0118 975 0289. You can always trust these guys to do a good job, They are currently redoing the frame as the first powder coaters realy screwed it up. more pics soon.

MaineKz,
The frame is going to be 2-packed, that's following some small repairs to erase some of the blemishes in the downtubes, looks as though an oil cooler had been fitted at some point and the clamps had left small indentations in the downtubes.

Anyone interested in buying this when its finished? Its going to be everybit as good as RWHS / ZedPower.
There's far too many parts & services to mention here but the big chunks will be the new ZedPower paintwork (you can choose the colour if your quick)and new 4:4 exhausts etc.. etc..

Got to be worth ?8K when finished. Give me a call to discuss 07977 071610.
