Superb! superb! superb!.............been out already on her (yes it is a she) and loved every minute of it - brought back all my 70's memories - it is a superb resto guys and you should be very proud!! There may be a list of guys wanting one once I take it up to the Silverstone Historic Races in July!!
The engine is so smooth!! Only to 4500rmp though as instructed - she is tucked up tonight with her bedfellow

Just arrived back in the country and am very pleased to find that Cookie has now collected his bike and is very happy. Mike and I but particulay Mike put many a long hour into this resto, it was a learning curb and infact we earnt hardly any profit on this resto. As I said before i wish i could of kept her/him as it make my own Z1B now look rather shabby!! lets hope cookie enjoys his purchase and we see him and the bike out and about at some meets and rallies!
Now where did I leave my Keys!

Yup, the PMC replica tanksets are good, very good. Just fitted a new 0range panel set to my 73 Z1. Looking great but shows up other, road used- non-restored parts a bit!!! :D

Dogs did you find that the the PMC tank was a bit "tight" to fit? I needed to take off my seat to ensure it fitted correctly. Now currently para. about dinging the new paint work in road use.......jeeeez.....and then the sunlight catches the colour scheme when your riding the bike and you've got to force yourself to stop looking or you'll hit that hedge.... I'm sure the novelty will wear off soon.

PMC tank, if that's the supplier, fitted like a glove over new tank rubbers and interfaced perfectly with the seat.
