Winter project photo

#1 PostAuthor: GregZ » Tue Dec 18, 2007 7:13 pm

Now that the long harsh winter has set in, it is time for a little maintenance on the old z900. First fix is a must. The oil leak from the stator wire.
Now is a good time to polish all the covers and I ordered a complete set of poished stainless steel allen bolts for reassamble.
Next on the list is a new 4 1/4 inch laced rear wheel and new tires.
More progress soon. Cheers

What horrid rubber gloves? Looks like blue insulating tape to me. Nice snowy backdrop to the pics.

GregZ, you should have read the instructions before opening the tube of Three Bond liquid gasket 1194, it has a clear warning that it gives off:
excessive fumes that may cause severe nausia
And on the 7th day... Zeds were created!

For well over a century and a half the people of Indiana have been called Hoosiers. It is one of the oldest of state nicknames and has had a wider acceptance than most.
