Ticking the mods off the list.

The new loom is now finished, I fitted a spade type fuse box for ease and convenience.
The coils and headlamp are powered by micro relays which are tidily tucked away out of sight.
Pattern Reg/Rec from Zpower was giving some strange voltage outputs - this has now been replaced with the no! one from David Silver Spares.
Also the generator windings from ZPower were showing open circuit to earth, I was going to get a 10% overwound one from the US but as I needed nowt else - a replica one was sourced from Dave at Sushi.
This has done the trick.. all electrics now work without issue... Result!

Also in the parcel from Dave was the original Z1 style Screw top oil pressure sender -- It sure does look the part -- and it works!
PMC Part No: 81-4041
Listed to fit: 72~79 Z750~Z1000

I changed it because I'd had no luck in sourcing the 4mm 90° bullet terminal to fit the bullet type sender, using a straight terminal bent at the top offended me.
I spotted the screw type sender on the Webike site, which Dave ordered in for me - Once installed the original style cap snaps on neatly.. Tick!

After speaking to Hagon about the poor performance of the rear shocks, they suggested returning them for inspection.
I am pleased to say they now work very well, many thanks for a swift turn around :up
