new oil filler cap breather made, 2 piece so i can top up oil without getting the tools out, done in an8 fitting, will run the hose to a small filter/breather

fit well, plenty of room for breather at other end
but need a an8 bulkhead fitting to 18mm stem connector, torques dont do one, so back to lathe/milling m/c.

Note the volt gauge on handlebar clamp is only temp, till im happy with charging system

What a transformation !!! You've turned that into a really nicely bike now .

Just noticed this thread and ive got to say that bike is stunning. Looking at that photo makes you wonder if there has ever been a more aesthetically designed bike than the old Z,s! Beautiful :twisted:
