here's a few photos of fellow member Keith mayall's Kawasaki z1b which he has restored over the last 6 months. Keith contacted me & asked if i would be prepared to lend a hand to strip & rebuild the engine & for him to be present to gain some mechanical experience which i was glad to help although he did had to travel from Manchester to the Midlands

Very very nice. If mine turns out half as nice I'll be more than happy. What process did you have done to the bolts and screws etc

the bolts & other metal plated parts where degreased & blasted by me & a local company i have used for 25 years did the plating

really superb example is that. was there a problem with the motor or is it just a spruce up?

it was re bored to 1st oversize / new valve guides/ gearbox bearings/ cam chain & cam chain guide rollers
