Hello,
an update on Progress
Sorted out the Chain Tensioner thing, bought one from Monstercraft and here it is being fitted by Rob:
Had to ease the metal away a bit on the clamps to get a good fit around the welds and to miss the chain. The sprocket needs spacing out 6mm but that'll be it as a done deal -- £125 & £22 import duty !!
regards
Howie

Looking good lad
The "Monster" Tensioner is good - but mine does make a "whirring" noise, probably due to it not being 100% square/inline
Also, put some vents in the electic tray to get some good air-flow

That's it for electrics under the tank ! its all digital and tiny signal wires - Motogadet stuff from Germany and all lives under the seat, or rather it will do once the plates are made up.
Only thing I have to think about Placing is the Regulator/Rectifier - I was thinking of here, like on this Phase One bike.:
