AC Sanctury

Well, not quite, but my take, based on my budget and engineering skills.
Not finished yet, as I'm having trouble bleeding the bleeding brakes!
All calipers are rebuilt.
Chain is rubbing on tyre slightly as well, but I can't think of any way of getting more clearance, I've got an offset front sprocket with a couple of washers behind, making about 7mm, and I've spaced the rear sprocket away from hub as much as it will go without the sprocket bolts hitting the swing arm. It's probably OK fellas?

What size tyre are you using?

If the wheel is true central and the rear sprocket is aligned with a 5/8 offset front sprocket the chain will just clear the frame finish by a couple of mill, a 180 tyre by a whisker and a 170 tyre easily.
Anything wider than a 5.5 inch rim means channeling the frame for the chain run.

The rear tyre is a 180/55

If I understand this correctly 5/8 offset is more than double the 7mm in Pignogs post. Or is that just the spacers behind the offset sprocket? Have you thought of countersinking the rear sprocket bolts?
Out of curiosity, a 180 tyre is 78mm wider than a standard 4 inch rear (39mm increase either side). If 5/8" ~ 16 mm, where has extra 23mm gone

I know, I really must get out more

Yep! missed that. Front sprocket isn't offset enough. Need to go to Debbens or Talon for the correct item.

What make of tyre are you using? Some 180's are wider than others.
Here's what I found;

That is interesting. I wonder how they get away with that?
Never mind, once we get rid of EU law you could put a tractor tyre on and no one will notice

Great work so far on that one !!
Good luck with the finishing touches.
Can we see some pics against a nice scenic/ interesting background when she is on the road.
Would like to put it on my Zedrider FB page if we can.

Lose the motor car, doors & windows that are distracting behind it and try one or two against that mouldy wall - might look a bit "industrial chique"
Try and get the camera looking up at the bike slightly will give it a more impressive posture.
failing that wait til you are on the road and it will drop right for sure.
