Nuva Zed almost finished

Been building this for Dunlop 4 in the club.

Pretty trick motor - 1327cc big block, big valves, 435 APE cams, welded and dynamically balanced crank, all trick cam chain wheels, tensioner etc etc, forks from GSXR 750 WP, rear swinger from GSXR 1100 M, lots of stuff on it fabricated by me. Paint by Andy at Ultimate Bike Paint, Keynsham. Most polishing by Mikey. Rear shock YSS. Carbs are RS34s. Delkavic stainless exhaust. The seat is mine and only there until he gets a seat of his own. He's ordered a tuck roll seat by PMC, but I have doubts about the look. 2:4 seats are ace, except in the comfort department! If it was mine, I'd get a 2:4 seat and get it recovered and have the plank inside replaced with modern comfy foam

Took it for MOT this morning - the engine is a tight as virgin's crack and runs as sweet as a nut. I've put well in excess of 270 hours into it it so far ... just as well I am giving him a good hourly rate.

I'll be taking it up to the South West rally, though I'll us my own bike for the ride out.

They're about an inch higher, but having ridden it I wouldn't change 'em - a really nice riding position! Not my bike, so watch this space.
