Hi Simonic
I hope you succeed. I'm not sure about turning clockwise or counter clockwise...see what happens when you turn the pivot shaft with the allen key.

Managed to get these out with some effort. I'd left them to soak in penetrating oil.Fabricated a puller. Out they came. Repaired a damaged thread while i was there...

Ok. These four loops at the base of the frame. Are they just for the centre stand or are they used fro something else as well?
Thank You Gentlemen

Hi Smonic
it worked! Great that you could get them out.
I see you're getting to the frame now. The bolts for the main stand are the same as those for other Zeds but the main stand itself is different, its a bit higher so do use an ST main stand or the rear tire will hit the ground.

It's been some time since i've done any work on this one. In my defence is did a lot of work on the 71 Dodge before i sold it and have also recommisioned a ZX1100 that has been laid up since the mid 90's.
The engine was rebuilt some time ago by Graham Salter down in Batley and the other day i thought it was time to get the engine and frame back together.
The rest of the bike is in a few boxes which i am going thru at the moment. After all this time piecing it together is going to be fun !!

I did mean to ask what you'd done with the ST. Glad it's getting some attention!
