Thought you guys might like to see the latest build to be completed.Basic spec as follows:-
!983 Kawasaki Z1000-J2
Rear subframe replaced
Early Fireblade complete front end
Bandit swinging arm converted to twin shock
Early Fireblade rear wheel complete
Full engine rebuild
Early style tank
Full electro34 bespoke wiring loom
Dyna S ignition system
39mm smooth bore carbs
Modified rearsets
Full bespoke stainless 2-4 exhaust system
Loads of little detail parts!

Very nice build wooly :vcool looks clean lines, seat padding looks a bit thin though :P

...a lot of work, great craftmanship, nice colours but why do people use these good skills to modify a good Kawasaki that much ? :( That's my personal opinion. The bike is transformed into something that only fits for one person and that probably someone else won't completely like. But then again it's only my opinion.
I know, it's a personal choice and one can do with his bike whatever he likes and he can personalize it the way he wants but why change it that much ? I wonder if the owner can get it MOT 'ed in the years to come... :shock: I hope he can.

Very good engineering work, but I think the chain guard is a tad too long !
