Re: Gpz1100b1 ....
Hi MrC
please make her beautifull again, don't change her too much. I can see a lot of parts have been changed allready. Is it really impossible to get her back to standard? It seems to me that you don't want that.
If you're gonna change her, please end up with a nice riding bike, don't abandon your project and please don't do anything irreversible. There are allready too many unfinished projects in sheds all over Europe.
I wish you all the best with your project and I will follow your progress!

Thanks I have no intention of changing anything so that the original parts cant be re fitted and they are staying with the bike . The only exception to this is the rear shock mounts which I'm having custom made and I will have to cut the old ones off but sympatheticily .my zx9r E forks have had the stem machined to take std size gpz bearings . I'll post more pics ..later ..
Re: Gpz1100b1 ....
Hi MrC
if the original shock mounts are not wide enough to fit a larger swing arm, there are other solutions! Take a look at the other topics where changes to bikes are made, there are extentions available to mount on the original shock mounts.

If you don't mind me asking, who made the rear shock mount adapters?
