So, I'm pretty much finished with the bike now. She's up and running and just needs some final fettling now. Also need to fit the centre stand spring.
Had lots of fun trying to set the static timing - may need some advice / input down the line on static timing setup procedure.
Good news is the engine runs sweetly, no noises, no rattles, no smoke.

That's a great job and all credit to you on how you've gone about it - I'd say that's how it would have appeared in a dealers showroom in the mid-late 70s.
