Z1000 owner again after 22 years

spent the day fitting some of the bits and bobs that have just arrived, because I bought the bike with quite a few bits missing its just the case of fitting the bike together, ordering and finding the bits that are missing then strip the whole bike clean then final build. So today I fitted the carbs and filters, fitted the oil cooler, cleaned all the switch gear, fitted headlight brackets and a little bit of polishing
Hello CJE, I recognize this bike now, it was built early 90's, I may even have a picture of it when it was finished originally, if I can find it I will post it, it did have cast wheels orinally, the paintwork really has stood up well against time, good work in bringing it back into circulation, Regards, Steve
