spent the day fitting some of the bits and bobs that have just arrived, because I bought the bike with quite a few bits missing its just the case of fitting the bike together, ordering and finding the bits that are missing then strip the whole bike clean then final build. So today I fitted the carbs and filters, fitted the oil cooler, cleaned all the switch gear, fitted headlight brackets and a little bit of polishing

Hello CJE, I recognize this bike now, it was built early 90's, I may even have a picture of it when it was finished originally, if I can find it I will post it, it did have cast wheels orinally, the paintwork really has stood up well against time, good work in bringing it back into circulation, Regards, Steve :up

Hi Steve, here is a picture of the bike 18 years ago, I managed to get loads of pictures from the previous owner, its nice to have a bit of history, the bike has made some impact in my local area, every time its on the drive someone stops to have a chat about it

I just love the colour.

So sorry to hear of your neighbour / freind.

I lost most of my mates to bike accidents before we were all 25 !

It never stopped me riding but it did make me more careful !
