Been a while for various reasons but bike is ready for assembly. Frame over engine is the method of choice now for rest of jigsaw.

Finally got the back end sorted out today so just need a 630 chain link rivet tool and chainguard can go on

I came across a VGC seat pan with black foam and had a tip off from a Z1OC member on here about a high quality seat cover with puffy foam. My seat featured earlier in thread was good but the "pit replica" cover was a bit flattish will probably get another cover for it for a future project. So here you are this is the one I will fit to this bike it took about 1.30 hours stuck cover in the airing cupboard last night to warm up still plenty of tugging and stretching needed, should have worn gloves the spikes ripped my hands to shreds. .
