Hey guyz

the paintwork is done ! The body parts are mounted, only a few parts are missing before completion.
The paint is a bit darker than I expected but it has that "shade" that makes you wonder if it's green or blue, depending on how much light and what kind of light is shining on it.
I had a few runners in the clear coat but i managed to sand them off with wet and dry number 2000. Afterwards I polished the body parts and I'm very pleased with the results.
Just see for yourselves.

I also repainted the fuel tank badges. They were a bit damaged and the paint was chipped off at several places.
I use humbrol enamel for the black and white and allclad paint for the chrome. It's applied with a small ( number 0 ) weasel hair brush that I use for modelling.

She's almost finished now.
More news to come within a few weeks!

As Del would say "Luvvley Jubbley", just before coming out with "Mange tout, Philippe...mange tout."

Cracking job, Squire.

Hello men

I could buy an original exhaust in Germany. It arrived yesterday and I started mounting it.
Today I finished the job.
I'm pleased with the results.

Deeply envious of that OEM exhaust system.
