Resulted in a slight change of plan .. Originally was going to run single disc on the front but as I had a RHS AP amongst the bunch will be running a dual disc setup..
All three stripped powder coated and rebuilt ready to go!

Another small job done .. Vintage MRE lock up cover polished up better that I expected for a rough sand cast piece!

Going to take a look at restoring the old ATP water injection tank. The sight glass is useable but has a hairline crack that runs halfway through and Id like to replace.
Can anyone recommend a plastic engineering/machinist?

If I have to was going to use plain piece of acrylic but like the idea of matching the original with the raised area.
Was thinking about a separate oiling system but don’t want to over complicate with additional pumps etc.. I’ll just run an additional inline filter to the turbo

I like that rear master cylinder,is it easier to find a rebuild kit for that than the 80 kz1000 rear master cylinder with remote res?

I believe this was the result of running with an incorrectly set up ATP water injection kit on a customers TC
It's the only thing I could think of that would cause this much corrosion and damage, and that's just the inlets
I junked the water injection kit and went for boost activated retard instead which helps to run cooler.

It’s the nitrous setup that I’m more concerned about lol!!
The water injection is as much about period vintage parts as is the Vertex magneto ignition..Both are pretty much obsolete and outdated but for me still very cool!!

Attempt number 1 was a little busy so version number 2 is a more simplistic “Z”
See what it looks like after polishing!
