Re: Ex drag bike back on the road
Bit of a set back last night! Fitting the forks and all looked a bit odd!! Closer look and the top yoke is twisted!! My own fault for not checking when it arrived .. Too trusting again of the flea bay description but in fairness isn’t that obvious until fork tubes are in place...more annoying is that I just sold another yoke

Re: Ex drag bike back on the road
Made up the turbo wastegate pipe in stainless today.. Cut a couple of spare flanges but actually went better than planned! Previous owner had cut off the original and didn’t look great..
My version is a little over the top but wanted a twisty look to match the exhaust.

Replacement top yoke arrived and got a proper checking over .. all good. Had been stripped previously so had a go at polishing it up. May stick with it!

Wasn’t too comfortable with building the wheels up myself and happy to get done professionally..

Re: Ex drag bike back on the road
Lovin' this build. Some superb work going on here.
Some of it looks kinda familiar.....just wish mine had a turbo .
Keep up the great work. I'll be following this one with interest.

If it's too loud....too bad.
