Hey Will, do you have to bend out the brake pedal a bit to use that clutch cover extension???

Rob

Yes Rob, I reprofiles a bit to clear. You also have to bring out the RH rider peg a little which I didn't mind as the LH rider peg also needs bringing out a little to help with the typical TC sidestand/exhaust/pegs issue.
I made new support pins and spacers to keep it looking as stock as possible.

Now pretty much all done apart from the top end refresh.
77mm bore (1230cc), Megacycle turbo cams, ported & flowed head. All in most excellent condition so It's just getting a valve lap job, new viton stem seals, APE valve springs and vernier dialled in cams. Composite base gasket and MLS head gasket.
A few coats os satin black then it's time to bolt the turbo system back on.

Looking nice Will, and judging how the one at DK is ramping up the bids, a sound investment as well.

Love or hate eBay the process will always find a fairly accurate market value, give or take for a little auction fever.

Just need to get it registered now but hopefully that'll be straight forward as I have the title too.

Looking Fab Will.

Get your application in now - can take 4-5 weeks even if everything is in order.

Will do Garry.
Fired up instantly and idles perfectly, a rarity with these oversized turbo bikes but the big capacity helps keep the turbine spinning at very low RPM.
The rotor seems to be spinning on the crank as the starter is slipping despite new rollers and springs plus replacement starter. There's no woodruff key on the crank and I suspect this is the problem area.

Hi Big Fluff

congratulations! She's a beauty!
Be careful when riding her. I heard that the TC is a monster when it comes to accelerations.
Enjoy!
