Finished up a Z900 re-resto

Recently finished this Z900 re-resto for my best friend.
He bought it from a guy in Germany and it was an almost finished project and came with receipts for £5000 worth of parts. It needed bodywork painting, electrics sorting and an exhaust.
Sadly, when it got here it became apparent that it was a bodge job and the engine wouldn't have lasted long if it'd been run. Decide to completely strip it and start again. Total engine rebuild including new rings, guides, valves\seats etc. Also the frame was powder coated in an almost matt black finish, so ended up getting that redone also.
So what started out as something that should have taken a small amount of time and a couple of thousand pounds spend, turned into way, way more than that in terms of time and money.... (About £9.5K spent on parts I think).
It was a background project for me and if I'm honest, I didn't have a lot of enthusiasm for it.. But eventually I got it finished.
It won't win any awards for originality, being mainly repro parts. However, that does mean it's like new.
I did add some small details, such as putting genuine Stanley lenses on the repro indicators, NOS No7 chrome bolts to the brake and clutch clamps, NOS rear foot peg rubbers with the K on them and correct colour passivated slider bolts and nuts on the brake calipers.
I have tons of photos here if anyone is interested:
