Next problem , im trying to find some rearsets to fit the gpz ? Im don’t want to cut or weld the frame bracket so i can fit the standard ones if i cant handle the rearsets

It would probably be less hassle to have an adapter plate made so you can choose what ones suit you.

Those rearsets AL has posted look pretty much what you get with aftermarket stuff.
It'll be good to see what you finally come up with.

Getting ready to close up the bottom end, I’ve got to get the fastners plated first so im going through them and find these 2 m8x80 i think they are for crank support what is the wasted part for (where do these go?)

If my memory is correct, the 2pcs. M8x81mm bolts go in the lower crank case on the ignition side - first pair inboard of the ignition housing mounting face. The "wasted" design is used widely in engineering and often seen in automotive application. Type "Wasted Bolt Design" into your search engine and you can read all about it. Suffice to say its for engineering reasons.
